eye problems

For past few months ive been seeing "afterimages" and alot more glare then normal. My eyes also have a jerky vision at night and see a black spot just off tho the right of center of my eyes but those 2 only happen at night. things like if i see bright stripes of say yellow or some other bright colors or white ill see white stripes in my vision of those stripes for a few seconds and if i close my eyes it lasts even longer another example is if i look at a light for a min or so and close my eyes i see it in my vision for a while and if it is intense enough i can even open my eyes and see a blackness in the area in my vision where i had been looking at light kinda like a photo negative but always goes away after a few secs up to a min depending on how intense it was ive had a floater for over a yr now and i do suffer from stigmitism and nearsightedness tried seeing a eye doc on it but due to my highly senstive to light he couldnt really get a look into my eyes and acted like not to stress too much unless i see alot more floaters and things while my eyes are open and acted like the lights and afterimages of closing my eyes is nothing to worry much on and suggested a neurologist if it worried me so before i go nuts and worry too much on it i wanted to ask on a place like here to see if this should be a concern or not last time i had a good look into my eyes it was during an operation while i was asleep thats how hard it is for me to get a doc to see into my eyes dont know if this is just all over worry or what so my question is is this something i should really look into see a doctor for scans or something or should i wait and see if it has any big changes in vision? my perscripion is same for long time now and he didnt see a change in it this time so i see normaly for most part except the dam vision things i spoke of at start of this topic so plz any advice?

Here i found the discussion about eyes disease so i thought that i should ask my question here. Actually i have color blindness, is there any cure in medical for it. Due to this problem i feel guilty on myself.
