just want to share this ponters about power of sleep..very interesting..

Take advantage of Delta effect. The skin needs all the stages of sleep to dissolve free radicals, but its only on the "Delta" stage of sleep when hormone levels peak and cell repair takes place.

nice article.. :) Sleep is also important for good health. Studies show that not getting enough sleep or getting poor quality sleep on a regular basis increases the risk of having high blood pressure, heart disease, and other medical conditions.

Great article. WIthout sleep a lot can go wrong. The only way to stay healthy is good sleep.
