I want to lose about 15 pounds of fat before I go to university next fall. I have allready started to eat better and eat less foods. It has worked a little so far. Anyway, when im at the gym, what should I be working on? Cardio or weights? I was thinking of starting a one hour work out doing 20min of cardio and a 40min workout 3 times a week and a 40min cardio and 20min workout 2 times a week. What do you think about that?

What type of cardio should I be doing (treadmill, cross trainer, or bike) in order to lose upper boddy fat? Upper body fat is really what im trying to get rid of....

Any ideas?

The Kind Diet is a book written by actress Alicia Silverstone, which highlights the benefit of vegan lifestyle. Some of these benefits are weight loss, smoother digestive function, higher energy levels and clearer skin.

This diet has 3 different levels. First is the flirt level where you slowly start replacing meat with plant based foods. Second is the vegan level where you are are completely off all animal products but you can use meat substitutes. The final level is superhero, the stage where you built on the foundation of whole grains and vegetables. This means no meat or animal products in your diet.

The book includes lists of foods you can eat and also contains several plant based food recipes. As for exercise, there is no information listed on the review site but the details will be updated soon.
