Hello my name is Larry Aldren. I am 16 years old, I weigh 53 KG, and I am about 175 or 176 cm tall. My question is regarding hormone levels. You see I have been going to the gym for 3 years now and I haven't changed at all. I mean I got slightly bigger but that's not even visible. I was consuming proteins after workout too. Can this be due to my hormone levels? My right nipple also has a little lump under it. I have had this lump for 3 years now. I know testosterone is supposed to pumping in my body at this age I keep on hearing that. However, I have not grown bigger and it is sad. Should I take any medications to help me boost this process? Such as HGH or anything else?

I have tingling and numbness in my face, whole body numbness (legs, arms and trunk), which has been going on for the past month. I've discussed this with my regular doctor and a neurologist but they aren't sure of the cause. I've had a MRI, CT, and blood work done but they did not help in diagnosing my problem. I don't have MS and I’m not diabetic. I am low on vitamin D and I'm anemic but my doctors didn't think that was causing my numbness. Since this has happened I've been taking vitamin D, B12, and iron without any success. Have you ever heard of this happening? What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

I am a new member and have a question here, if you could generally advise me a little would be of great help. Thanks.

An annual report has come normal of physical test except two things that1. Vitamin D is of Deficient and 2. Glucose is high - means to cut out on white rice and sugar. I have been prescribed Vitamin D medicine and other natural ways to get Vitamin D , but not use sun-bathing.

Glucose - 104 (range 65-99 mg/dL)
Cholesterol HDL - 34 (should be > 40 mg/dL)
Vitamin D - 17 (range 30-100 ng/mL)
Have high BP - 168
No diabetes or heart issue. I was worried. my nephew is much younger than me has diabetes and his lifestyle has changed. Is diabetes a hereditary disease?

had this doubt for the past few years since my mother had diabetes and our main diet consist rice. Yes I do have bulge in the middle. I visit gym regularly, may have to increase the duration and reduce food intake.

Any advice will be helpful.

I don't know what these red marks are...

These were taken on the 6th:
oi48.tinypic.com/zx7504.jpg
oi50.tinypic.com/23igsg5.jpg

Taken today (11th) of just my right (The one that seems to be worse):
oi50.tinypic.com/25svmyo.jpg

These are on the tops of my feet only... Not the bottom. They also have not spread to anywhere else on my body, or to my girlfriend's feet, who's feet do touch mine. They showed no initial reaction to Benadryl cream, which I started applying a few days ago.

There had been no sensory change until very recently... That is, no itching or pain or anything. Last night, however, my right foot stung a bunch after I applied Benadryl cream. Tonight, it stings very slightly and I have not applied any creams.

I do not walk around barefoot. I wear socks and shoes almost all the time, including in my own apartment. Exceptions to this include: While showering (daily, my girlfriend often showers with me and hasn't gotten this), walking to/from the apartment complex's hot tub (my girlfriend goes in with me and hasn't gotten this, I wear water shoes on the way there & back), and an event at the end of March in a national park that had been on fire a few months prior while sleeping and while showering (wore water shoes between the building with beds and the building with bathrooms/showers).

I stayed at a hotel in another state in early March.

We have a pair of cats. I used to be allergic, but it wasn't my feet that reacted. The allergy seems to have gone away.

My diet is horrific. I take a multivitamin to compensate for my lack of nutrition for now and am slowly working towards being able to eat more normally. It is likely that I have vitamin deficits.

I moved to the state I live in now over a year ago. I have never left the United States. I don't even have a passport.

I haven't gone to a doctor because I'm between jobs (very far in the hiring process at a couple places) and therefore cannot afford health insurance. I get just enough from unemployment not to qualify for any programs that might help me get health insurance.

Hello. This has been happening for slightly more than 3 years. Every night when i sleep, there will be a clear colourless liquid that is being discharged from both my left and right ears. It is not painful and does not become flakes but is definitely itchy. Sometimes if i do not have a Q-tip, i have to pull my ears to relieve the itch. I need to have a Q-tip by my side every night as i know that my ears will be wet and itchy during my sleep. Also, I would like to state that I was a swimmer 3 years ago and took swimming lessons frequently. Also, 4 years back, i did have a bad ear infection after my mother helped me to dig my ears. Although it has been going on for three years and do not cause me any serious effects besides itch, I would like to know if this means anything is wrong with my ears and will it be dangerous. Thank you so much.

I have a mild tinnitus in my right ear, since mid-January. I did an audio test that turned out to be completely normal.
The ENT told me that it is allergy related, which causes the right eustachian tube to clogg, hence the tinnitus.
Another ENT told me that it is related to recent dental work-- I had extracted all teeth of the upper maxillary due to infection. The tinnitus occurred 6 days after this. I have been wearing a denture for two months now, and my occlusion is corrected, but the tinnitus is still here.
A recent second audio test, showed that my eustachian tubes were functionning normally.
However, my right nose is always stuffy, and I can't pop my right ear at all. Also, I feel some pressure in my ears, especially in the mornings.
What this would mean? Is my tinnitus really triggered off by allergies, bad occlusion, ore something else?
I am a bit worried, because I am a music composer and a performer.
Thanks!

Can urination or changes in temperature trigger partial (focal) seizures?

I've been having these seizures, or whatever they are, for years. It's never been a problem, so I kept putting off looking into it. I have some time now, so I thought I'd ask.

The term 'head rush' seemed to fit what happens, but a head rush is defined as a sudden drop in blood pressure, which this certainly isn't. If anything, there's an increase of blood flow to my head during these events. I found a better description of these events when I did a little research on seizures.

Urinating usually triggers it. Within a few seconds of the urine stream stopping, a tingling sensation of varying intensity will rush to my head. The milder events are just sensations. But they are often more intense, causing the abnormal muscle contraction described in the above link, including forced turning of the head, affecting one side of the body (one eye twitching) and my neck muscles tense up. Thankfully, I don't notice any other symptoms other than muscle contractions and tingling sensations, and the events last only 2-5 seconds.

Another trigger can be changes in temperature. Feeling a draft from an open door or window can trigger an event, although the temperature triggers are never as intense as the urination triggers.

Like I said, these are never a problem. They just feel really weird and I'd like to know if they're a sign of a more serious condition.

Hi, I hope you can help me. On my foreskin I have these spots that go from the base to the top that are very small in size. Some of the ones at the bottom are larger, and they go onto my sack. I don't know how to measure in size well but I can say that they're never larger than a quarter of a tic tac, maybe smaller. The smallest are the size of a grain of sand. They are under my skin. The bigger ones feel like tiny little balls that are hard. The small ones don't feel like anything, they are too small. When I squeeze the smaller ones a white substance comes out, sort of like puss from acne except it doesn't pop. When I try to squeeze the bigger ones they just get irritated and red, and start to hurt. Some of them show with a clear white dot like they had been pushed to the surface, while others you can tell they are there but they are not protruding like so. If it was just a few I wouldn't be concerned but there are so many now it's hard to count. They are much more populated at the base and on the sack. None are on the head.
Do you have any idea what this is? I'm not a virgin, could this be some sort of STD? I take precautions so I don't think it's likely but I'm starting to get nervous. The problem is my father pays for the health insurance so if I go to get tested he will see, and it will not be good. I'd prefer to have a better idea of what I'm dealing with before I go to those measures. Thanks in advance.
