Bumps on head that i want to be removed

I had this bumps when i was born, and basically there pretty much raised symmetrical bumps on both sides of my head. I feel a sharp pain in both of them and when i touch them they feel movable but its still hard when touched. For cosmetic reasons i want to know if a doctor can get rid of these bumps.

I understand your problem and I try to help. Most growths or bumps in head can be removed surgically, but they need to be examined by doctors to know what they are made off. The fact that they cause discomfort is already a good reason to have them examined for eventual removal.
