question about my throat..

Hi, I'm Chris, 17 years old live in uk.
I feel as though at the back of my throat is like a lump the size of a marble. It's been there for about 3-4 weeks and I'm quite worried..
MY symptoms are:
Slight loss of breath
Mildly dry throat
BAck and sometimes neck pain
Chest pain when moving around
Throat can feel slightly sore

When I swallow my throat clicks.. its quite wired.

So my question is, what could this be?

I used to be a smoker its that's any relevance..
