August 5th, 2006 During yelling, I popped something in my throat. Immediate discomfort followed and pain was present.

August 2006 Went to Chiropractor for first time for relief of back and neck pain. Talked to him about my throat. Something popped or stuck or out of alignment. First time Chiro adjusted my neck, a warm heat sensation was in my head right side all afternoon and next day.

August 18th 2006 Pain worsens in throat and start taking cough drops for the pain. Pain in the abdomen starts, right side. Pain is present on the right side of head, neck, and ear.

August 30th 2006 Fly to Salt Lake City, Utah. Pain is bad in throat, middle abdomen, and right side abdomen. Dr Parzych relates to Gall Bladder and admits me to the emergency room in St Marks Hospital. Tests are run for Gall Bladder, CT SCAN, blood work, and ultrasound all return negative. When Iodine is injected for CT Scan head is hot and I get dizzy. Leave hospital at 10PM with tests schedule for HydaScan.

September 3rd, 2006, Back to emergency with severe right side head pain, neck, and abdomen pain. Nothing is diagnosed and I leave again. CT Scan Abdomen and Head
(No contrast scans) with negative results. Blood work is done.

September 5th, 2006 Hydascan is done. Nothing reported out of the ordinary with Gall bladder. Colonoscopy gets scheduled.

September 10th, 2006 Take medication to evacuate for Colonoscopy.

September 11th, 2006 Colonoscopy performed by Dr Kathleen Boynton.

September 24th, 2006 – first episode of tachycardia, with pain right side of body (head, neck, & leg), CT angiogram done from chest to ankle region (suspecting blood clot) negative results.

September 26th, 2006 – back to ER for second episode of tachycardia episode and blood in phlegm (sputum)…

October 2nd, 2006 – gall bladder removal, Salt Lake City.

October 13th, 2006 – flew to Vancouver.

October 2006 – December 2006 – continued neck and head pain, pain associated with swallowing, right leg & knee pain, no longer to work out at the gym (free weights), carry groceries without pain / discomfort.

November 2006 – seen by chiropractor – had neck adjustment (30 minutes later) extreme neck pain proceeds adjustment (sensation of chicken bone stuck in throat); feeling dizzy and distant for the following days after adjustment.

January 12, 2007

February – March 2007

April 2007
Barium swallow at SPH – saw Dr. Morris, blood work, HIV test… all inclusive, negative.

May – June 2007
Still limited activity related to pain to head, neck, (right leg & knee), chest pain,

Good heavens you have been around the bush several times. I'm not a Dr. but for me, I would see an ENT.. I personally don't use
chiropracters unless I was referred to them by neurologist. (which has never happened). Sorry you have gone through so much, but it would appear you have had GI testing with negative results. Were these Dr.'s internist or regular GP's. I don't know your answer but I would start with an ENT appointment and then a neuro. consult regarding your head and neck.

Good Luck,
