non permenant elevated blood pressure

HI all , am 29 y old male , sufer from non permenant elevetaed BP
in normal state my readings arround 120/70 + pulse of (60 to 70)
i stopped smoking and caffaeine from 8 months
cholestrol , sugar , t3 , t4 ,tsh are ok
Heart echo , stress test are ok Thanks GOD
however from time to time i suffer from hypertension 150/100 to 160/105
all doctors tell me that am nervous !!!!!!!!!!
is that all ?

Is your bp high at the doctor's office and low at home? If so, that's a common phenomenon called white coat hypertension.
