skin colored bumps

I have these skin colored bumps along my bikini line/inner thigh. I originally thought they were irritation from shaving, but they did not go away when i stopped shaving the area. Are they skin tags? What can I do to get rid of them?

Really you need to have these looked at by your Dr. Maybe he will even test one. My though is they almost look as warts. He will know for sure and good luck,
