Hello,

I am a 35 yr male and having symptoms as below:

1) reduced vision
2) some nausea sometime
3) burning sensation at my head sometime

I am having high blood pressure and I am waiting results for diabetes
test.

While trying to lie on the hard floor, I hit the back of my head 8 days back. The height from which it was hit is less than 1 feet.

Could that hit be the cause of these symptoms or something else?

Thanks

Have you had an MRI of your head?
Since you did have head trama an MRI would be in order.

Hi,

yes, your symptoms could be due to a (mild) head trauma. Please, google "concussion" to search for more information.

The trauma you describe does not sound particularly high-impact one and therefore it is unlikely that it could cause serious damage. Since the trauma took place more than a week ago, it is also very unlikely that any possible damage might progress.

If your symptoms persist, however, youy should see your doctor.

Dr Sinhue,

Thanks for your reply. After an detailed ear test, I have been diagnosed with Vestibular Neuritis, possibly due to a viral infection.

Dr has prescribed prednisolone and anti-viral.

Do you know how long will it take to cure?

Any input is appreciated.

Thanks
