When I was 22 years old I abused ritalin and then masturbating for several hours straight. After this time I realized that my penis had swelled up considerably and remained swollen for at least 24 hours. From internet research, it seems that I busted capillaries in my penis that allowed blood to flow there and enable an erection. Since that day, (and even after the swelling had gone away) my penis has never felt the same. I have trouble describing the difference. Also, it is much more difficult and more more rare that I get an erection. My whole erection and ejaculation process has changed dramatically. I am not able to get an erection unless I have very strong stimulus applied directly to my penis (e.g. masturbation or someone else's hand applying a great deal of pressure). I know longer take ritalin or do any drugs of any kind. I desperately want to know what the problem may be (is it busted capillaries?) And is there any kind of treatment for my condition?
