I am 40 years old have been tying to get pregnant for 2 months. I started taking Ovulex a month ago, this is natural herbs that helps hormone levels. I am also taking pre-natal vitamins and charting ovulation. It has been two weeks since I ovulated. the past week I have been feeling very tired, having mild discomfort in my lower stomach, constapation, some breast tenderness, feeling bloated, and when I go to the bathroom and wipe some spotting--not enough that it gets on my clothes and it is bright red and at times it feels like I am getting a bladder stem infection. My periods are normal and on time each month. What I am wanting to know is can I be pregnant or could this be from taking the Ovulex and it is just my hormones or could something else be going on? I think it is to early to take a pregnacy test. Can you give me some insight on this please?

Hi,

The product you speak of has no clinical trials that have been done and to my knowledge not even published in a reputed medical journal. I would be skeptical of taking anything that has not been studied, tested and passed by the FDA. If you read the bottom of this products web site it states such and any risks or problems you may encounter they certainly won't bother to help you. They sell these products with clever marketing and paid employees to boast of the quality and effectiveness.
If you want to become preg. please discuss this with your OBGYN and work this route to conceive. Best Wishes.
