19 years old with 102.8 fever help

I am 19 years old I have a high fever last 3 days of 100-102.8. I have a stomach virus with diarea and constipation. How many Tylenols should I take? Should I go to the hospital? The fever goes up and down frequently. Thank you.

I think you should be seen by your Dr. to make sure you just have a virus. As for the tylenol dosing read the bottle. I would think your dose would be as an adult. But read it. Good Luck
