I am a 23 year old male. Today I was defecating and pushing kind of hard when all of a sudden I got a bad burning sensation at the hole on my penis where urine exits. It hurt the most while urinating but also when I was not. From that point on I had the sensation to urinate but when I went to do so it burned badly and I had to push very hard, often resulting in a very weak stream and little urine.
A little while later, the burning had gone away and I still felt the sensation to urinate so I tried again. My stream was normal but the burning returned and my stream stopped at that point. What could be causing this?
A little background: I am taking Wellbutrin XL 300mg for social anxiety disorder. I have been dealing with constipation occassionally from this drug and have been taking Dulcolax at the recommendation of my physician. I also have a roughly dime-sized cyst near my right testicle that I have had since a surgery for an undescended testicle about 10 years ago. The urologist said it was nothing to worry about as long as it didn't bother me, which it does not. As of the last time I had an ultrasound on it, which was many years ago, it was the same size (and it doesn't feel like it has changed size since), and was full of clear fluid. Could this be contributing, and could this ever turn cancerous?
Thanks for any help you can offer.
