Not sexually active - Question. PLEASE help

Ok, Im a 20 year old Male, and I have NEVER been sexually active in any way at all. No oral, vaginal, anal or any other way. Well my problem is, it has burned a bit when I pee lately, which I ignored for a while because I figured I just needed to drink more water. Well lately my urine has been very milky and last night I checked my penis and there was something pure white coming out the tip. No it was not semen. Im sure. My urethra has burned a bit ever since last night. I couldnt really sleep at all. I talked to my brother last night and he says it HAS to be either gonorrhea or chlamydia. Theres nothing else that does that.

My question is, COULD it actually be either of those? Because he says they can be contracted other ways than sexually but I cant find an answer online anywhere that says they can be contracted any way other than sexually.

I honestly have never had any kind of sexual activity outside of masturbation. Alone. I have no reason to lie or fabricate the truth seeing as how this is all anonymous. But I really wanted to get an idea 1st before I go to my parents or a doctor about this since its a really embarrassing subject.

Can gonorrhea or chlamydia be contracted through some way other than sexually?

One of the possible causes of penile discharge is urethritis, a condition characterized by the inflammation of the urethra. This is not limited to sexually transmitted diseases,even E. coli, a common bacteria that causes urinary tract infection could contribute to this symptom.
