I have two lumps, one on my jaw about halfway between my neck and chin that moves under the skin and one in my groin area that moves with the skin. It is on my right inner thigh just about 1/2" down from my crotch. I'm kind of scared, what could they be? I was looking up things on line and think it may be swollen lymph nodes. I've had the one on my jaw for a long time and the one on my groin has been there before in the same exact spot but went away. Now, many konths later it is back. I'm afraid of having cancer or something! I'm curious as to wether or not it could have something to do with being sexually active, although I have no STD's.

It's highly unlikely that it's cancer. Lymph nodes in young people come and go as various immunological responses in the body occur. Manipulating the lymph nodes continuously may cause them to get irritated and keep them noticeable.

My recommendation is to have your family doctor take a look. It's very unlikely to be anything serious. But have your Dr take a look and ease your worries.
