Unknown skin problem

I have some unknown skin problem around my private area.
Please help me out.
I am giving a links of the photo( with private part blurred).
It itches many times at the infected area.

Hi. Welcome to the forum. There are different skin conditions that may affect the male genitalia. Discoloration and changes in the texture of the skin may be caused by fungal infections, contact dermatitis, or genital psoriasis. I recommend that you refrain from self-medication as it may only contribute to further symptoms. You can only get an accurate diagnosis from the doctor who will examine you. While you have skin discoloration in around the genital area, photos alone may not be sufficient in determining the kind of skin condition that you have. The texture of the skin, for example can only be assessed when you visit your family physician or dermatologist.
