Tetanus toxoid with medications?

I was wondering if there are any medications you shouldn't take after you get injected with tetanus toxoid, whether, say, because they're harmful together or because it renders the medication, the tetanus toxoid or both, ineffective. Or any other reason. Especially any paracetamol (Biogesic) and antibiotic, for fever and sore throat that's going to develop into a cold/cough. Does tetanus toxoid have side effects? Is it dangerous to take it when you're sick? Thanks!
