Here are the instructions to post your question or comment:
First, go to the main page: http://mdhealthforum.com
If you have not registered as a member, please click the "Register" link on the top menu and follow the instructions. Once you've registered, log in using your username and password.
Look at the images below.
IMAGE 1: Scroll down until you see a board that suits your question. Here in this example we decide to post a new thread on Health Secrets
IMAGE 2: Click on the "New Thread" button
IMAGE 3: Type your title and message, then click on the "Submit New Thread" button
