pain on left rip cage

Ive been having this really uncomfortable pain on my left rib cage area right underneath the breast. it only hurts when im sitting a certain way or if im lying on my side.even if i stand up for a while.its been there for almost 2 weeks. ive felt this pain before many months back of and on but it never really bothered me til now. sometimes i feel dizzy when getting up from bed and i been to the doctors they took xrays and didnt find anything.can anyone help me on this?:wink:
