I can't tell if I have a UTI or an STD or some other problem

I am a young adult female and have a concern that has been going on for a couple weeks now. When i urinate it burns but only for a few seconds and only at the very tail end of it - not before or during, just the end. It also does NOT continue to burn afterwards, just stops. There's no blood in my urine and no discomfort or pain in my abdomen before or after. I do NOT have to urinate more often during the day, do not have a fever, and I don't have the feeling of needing to go but only producing a little - but it DOES have a habit of waking me up around four in the morning. Basically, my only symptoms are that slight burning for a few seconds and really needing to go in the middle of the night. What is wrong with me?
