Do I need to go to ER ?

For a few days I have had these symptoms. right eye lid swelling followed by pain in eye area which has now changed to my eyebrow has an extreme arch up and am now getting headache and pains, all on the right side of my head only. What could this possibly be and do I need to go to the ER? Aspirin has not helped at all.:confused:
