Bicep deep hemangioma???

Need help spmeone on what the heck is goin on just had my shoulder scoped 3-27 partial tear in R Cull and pull of labrum..SHoulder feels much improved however I had both types MRI last Aug and again before this outpatient surgery showed a deep tumor all dorctors inclu Ortho said just watch keep eye on nothing to worry! However, I am having decreased mobility both chronic and sharp pain in the bicep from shouldrer to elbow over last mont and better now I can distinuish fromthe earlier shoulder problems what is this what can needs to be dome it has become debilitating and very worrisome and bothersome when i rotate the shoulder bicep backwards away froom my body it is SEVERE pain and feels like blood flow has been stopped very wierd and painful...ANYONE???

This is the type of specific medical problem that requires a thorough specialist assessment of your options. A tumor is always a serious issue, even if it is in all likelihood benign. MRI is not 100% diagnostic of tumor type. Then again, many typical benign tumor findings are indeed best just followed, especially when they don't cause symptoms. If you don't agree with your current doctors, you may want a second opinion on those MRIs and the follow-up plan.

Thanks so much Dr. I figured as much! I asked the doctor ortho to do a biopsy of the cyst and he was kinda side steppin first he said he did then he said it wasa not feasible during the operation??? Then he said he did but didn tget a very good nor positive saample. I am going in to see hs assistant tomorrow and am going to ask what the deal is to take an xray at the minimum and MRI tooo asap...is this ok? What are the options? Why is the pain so excruciating when I turn my are in a certain direction? Agagi, when I rotate it outwatds away from my body it feels as though the blood circulation is getting cut off and the pain unbblieveable (sharp to dulll to squeezing etc???)
