I know there have been many times when I could and haven't really had one to turn too. Having/being a friend is so important to those struggling with mental health issues. I actually work with the SAMHSA and the What A Difference A Friend Makes program and have learned that having the support of friends and family can make all the difference in recovering from mental health problems.
