hey all!
do you mind to share your secrets to own a healthy skin? i drink much more water to keep it hydrated and exfoliate it. use a sunscreen to avoid sun burn and a moisturizer for sure :)

Well, I take lots of Vitamin C. Vitamin C fights toxins, pollutants and cigarette smoke and keep the collagen in the skin. If we are not getting enough vitamin C, then skin becomes develop wrinkles and loses the freshness and radiance. We need to drink plenty of water, so some of the toxins can be removed from our body through the skin instead of accumulating.
