Son has misaligned spine.. I think

My son had a rash on the front of his chest and when he turned around to leave I noticed his spine near top was not aligned.. Is this normal? He was pointing his hands straight down towards his knees and putting his head forward. He has not complained of anything hurting, except he is always tired and or tires very easily. Thanks for any input.

Dear cintifour,

The spinous process is the bone you can feel when running your hands down your back. Often they are not completely in line. Judging by the picture the bulging points are normal cervical spinous processes number 6 and 7.
