Check this bump out! can you please tell me what it is?

I have this bump on my head that hurts, but I have not injured myself. I have a picture of it, I tried to place it within the document, or as an attachment, but was unsuccessful. It is red with 4 or 5 dots, it is a cluster the size of a nickle...could you give me some idea what it could be?

Hi, You really should have this looked at by your Dr. It could be a mole, or an infected hair folicle or a pimple. The only way to know is be examined.
