pain in muscle/bone in right hand

Ive had a pain in the bone/muscle connecting to my index and middle finger on my right hand. When I move my hand up or down, put pressure on areas of my wrist and move my fingers in certain positions it gives me the pain. Plz tell me an answer because i have to do quite a few things involving moving my hand
