Sprained Club Foot

I have a club foot and lately it has been very sore. I walk on my tippy toes when I don't have shoes on though seem to have issues now when I wear flat shoes.............

I had high boots on a few days ago and ever since my foot has been so painful in that ankle section (on the top of the foot).

Unsure what to do as it is causing some pain - even when i am not walking on it. :confused:

Since you do have a club foot, it may be best to stick with shoes that don't confine, and that are not high. Could be you sprained it but you should have your foot looked at by an orthopedic Dr. to be sure.
