5 year old not eating well

My daughter is 5 year old. She is very active very sharp mind. But she is not eating properly. Just only ¼ lt milk and hardly one and half bread and some fruits. When we force her to eat some thing. She vomit with cough. Tell me some idea about it. I am very much worried about her.

Ive read that the doctor should be notified if the child gags on or vomits certain foods.
