I had the oddest thought the other day. Well, as addicted to food, I get severe cravings. However, they come with a physical symptom. They appear to be connected with the lower stomach (the place you'd get pain when you're on the period). Well, so they come with pain. I thought if this is usual for everyone with food addiction, would popping a painkiller everytime the pain came actually maybe just take the cravings away, if the pain is what causes the cravings.
Any views?

I don't think pain killers could help. Most of those drugs can cause stomach problems and taking them when not indicated may even worsen your symptoms. Sometimes we get hungry fast because the food we eat are absorbed easily. I think you should talk to your primary doctor about your symptoms. Your eating habits will be assessed and some tests to rule out certain disorders may also be requested. Good luck.
