red pimple like bumps on legs....

just the other day i noticed a fairly large pimple like bump on my leg. i didn't think much of it at the time but after a few days i started getting more and more and they didn't go away. they hurt when touched and they itch. the reason i say pimple like is because i can pop it and the "head" of it comes out. they are very large, bigger than one you may get on your face. they also look like spider bites

any ideas what these may be.

It's best not to pop them. Check with your doctor to find out what those bumps are.
