Having breathing problem in winter season with cough

i am facing breathing problem in winter season with severe cough.i am unable to cure it.i am using inhaler and also used radiahaler.could you please suggest me to cure this.

Which location do you live? it might be a climate related problem... have you tried cough syrup?
