Can you advise if you have cancer lumps are they tender, or is there no feeling as the cells are dead?
I have one largish lump where the tube is on my testicle/ actually I don’t think it is really a lump but part of the tube, however it is far bigger than the other one and is painful if you squeeze too hard. This seems to be normal to me, but is one of the main reasons I asked regarding lumps.
Basically I just want to check for lumps in the testicles and if I get a lump and it is painful to touch then I should not worry, as it is not cancerous??

Hi kevin67,

I don't think anyone is going to assure you of this. There are always exceptions to the normal. Its always a good idea to examine yourself and even a better one to been examined by your GP to be certain.

Good Luck ,

Any lump should be evaluated by a physician. These sort of lumps are most likely to be harmless, but there is always the possibility of cancer so definitely worth having it checked by your primary care physician
