Problem with Testicle

Recently I had some discomfort in my right testicle. I thought it was nothing and would go away, so I left it be. The discomfort has gone away, but I now discovered a lump on my right testicle that hurts when I touch it. It is kind of small. I am 20 and am not sexually active. I am actually a virgin. Any Ideas?
