I have a pimple around my nose and it is really big, about 3cm and there is a lot of puss In it and I a unable to Burst it. Do I need to go to the doctors to get it lanced. I hAve had to get it lanced 2 times before but it keeps coming back

Yes you should return to your physician. You may need medications and or other treatment options but be seen again. Infection could develop and needs treatment. Good Luck
