Bicep not responding! Help!

Hi, my right bicep is not responding to flexing at all, forearm and shoulder compensating, no pain. No bulges or abnormalities present. I've been stretching alot recently and I slept on wooden slats last night for the first time in a long while. Is it just exhausted? How long until it comes back? Is it more serious? Any help is appreciated!
