when i breathe it hurts

woman 44 age 0ct 3 I had lithotripsy surgery on both of my kidneys, at the same time had just started taking med. for high blood presure. I take 4- 60mg diltiazem and 1- 25mg hydrochlorothiazide dailey. When I breathe my abdominal hurts inside pain when i laugh or cough. I have shoulder and arm pain shooting pain. I use the heating pad and my abdominal has cramped in and was hard it was tender and hurt when i poke it. Feel better in the mornings. The county clinic gave me tramadol for the pain. I think its the blood presure med bringing up and making pain worse. I rather change blood presure med then pay for a cat scan. Please help

Rise in blood pressure is among the long term complications of lithotripsy. There are many reasons for abdominal pain. I recommend that you notify your doctor about your symptoms. Before imaging procedures such as CAT scan, physical examination must be carried out, from there your doctor will tell you whether you need to undergo further testing. Good luck.
