14 Year old Jaw problem!

Hello, Im 14 years old and When i woke up this morning my I couldn't open my jaw all the way. Everytime i did it clicked/popped. And it hurts, I hate eating now, and im a little afriad If i might have TMD i'd just die if i have to get my jaw reset. It's been like this for 6 hours now, And i haven't stepped on anything rusty like a nail or a needle im sure of.

It hurts on my Right side of my jaw near my ear.
