This might not be the most righteous forum for this subject, but given that weight loss is a national endemic, I was sure that there is going to probably be many men or ladies here, who have gone through any diets at all. In case you have any knowledge whatsoever kindly share.

I am particularly confused on which weight loss item to choose, since there are so numerous choices out there. The latest hypes on Oprah like hoodia gordonii or green tea don't make this issue any easier. I actually do not have an idea where to begin, should I opt for an exact fat loss plan, routine of workouts...All I have come to understand is that an alteration is required. And this modification must take place now. http://www.minimins.com/images/icons/icon7.gif (http://hf00d3iegide.webnode.com/)

The best answer in the link above. The good thing is your getting started on a lifestyle change that will give you a better quality of life not to mention a longer life. Wish you well. You could also inquire a diet guideline from a registered dietician for proper diet and portion control.

Ya you can lose about 30 pounds.I did try several weight loss programs and diets with no benefit. My life changed when I saw Dr. Oz talking good things about the berry supplement and thought to give it a try. I went ahead and got the free trial of Acai Berry supplement and colon cleanse. It complete changed my life.

Ihave no faith in anykind of berry or colon cleanse for a weight loss that will sustain life. Sorry there is just no magic pill and the best weight loss remains to be a life style change included in the link I previously posted.

I have tried this weight loss program and it is effective. After personal analysis they create a unique program exclusively for me. We don't have to starve our selves to be slim and i can say that this program is proper way for me to lose weight.
