Where would these scars come from ?

I am a 26 year old male and I have had these scars ever since I could remember, I have never injured myself. I have never had surgery that I can remember. I was premature as a baby so I do not know if that is what could have caused it.

Either way they are 2 identical scars in my pelvic region, each about 1" 3/4 long.

I am 5'7 145lbs and do not have any medical conditions.

Perhaps you have a big belly from the childhood and your skin already got used to be in this condition, so it seems to you that these are scars when these are only skin-folds.

doesn't really look scars to me. might be skin that folded for many years. anyway, does it bothers you?
