Unusual Erection Issue... I think.

I am 37. I can easily get and maintain an erection, and I have no problems with pain or ejaculation. About 4 months ago I noticed that while erect, there is a ring right near the base of my penis that does not seem to become engorged like the rest. It goes all the way around and seems to remain the same size as when not erect. It makes the rest of my erection heavy and easily bent from side to side. This area has no discoloration or scarring, it has no pain, and it is not noticeable when not erect.

Any ideas?

Well, I guess this one has them totally stumped... or it's so boring and insignificant that a response would be undignified.

Sorry you haven't gotten a reply. Your question is not boring at all but I sure don't know why your having this problem with your penis. Maybe its vascular. Really the best thing is for you to been seen and examined by a Dr.
