What would cause this....

I am currently taking Geodon at 80 mg 2 X's daily, Risperdal 0.5 mg 1 X daily, Synthroid 50 mcg 1 X daily, Phenergan as needed 25 mg, Klonopin 0.5 mg 2 X's daily and 1 mg 1 X daily, and just added Topomax 25 mg 2 X's a day. I took the Topamax last night and I felt so "drunk" today. I was slurring and couldn't stay awake. I didn't take my morning dose, since the first dose hadn't worn off yet. I'm afraid to take it tonight. Is it just the side effets of the Topamax or is it a combo of my meds together or what? Should I just wait to take the Topamax until I talk to my doctor? Thanks!

You really should call your Dr.s office about any of your medications he has prescribed to make him aware of your symptoms. All of your medications have side/effects and if now you notice new ones with a new med. he needs to know. He may change or prescribe another. Good Luck.
