sir i m facing soo much inflamation in my urine and my penis as well, m a married of age 26 and used to do sex twice or thrice in a month but now m out of ma city for last 1 month and didnt sleep with my wife, sir yesterday night i noticed that the hole of my penis is getting srinked or becoming small, previously if some prolems occured thn i used to take urexen tablet but now it didnt overcome by it, kindly guide me in this regard
