I fell of a bicycle and my head struck the floor. I have a few flesh wounds and my doctor (Prim. Dr. Med. spec pediatric) told me that everything is fine with my head and that he could send me to neurosurgeon, but that's not necessary because he will send me to X-ray and to take X-ray from head takes a lot of radiation. So he told me to come tomorrow. I came, everything was fine. I went once more (5 days after injury) and everything was fine. Now its 7 days since I fell down. And I believe that I am feeling symptoms of internal bleeding - my head hurts.
So my actual question is: How much time has to pass since the head injury so that we can be 100% sure there is no internal bleeding? Can it be longer than 48hr?
