You need to see your doctor for physical assessment and possible imaging procedures such as X-ray.
Back pain may be caused by problems affecting the nerves, bones, joints and muscles. Stabbing pain when breathing may also be realated to conditions affecting the lungs such as pleurisy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pleurisy#Symptoms

as i am in the army(conscript) now, i visited my units medical officer recently, however he just push me away saying its nothing serious without even taking an x-ray, and just prescript me with some paracetamol n muscle cream and without telling me what is the problem.

^Sorry to hear that. If your symptoms won't improve after taking paracetamol, perhaps you should talk to that officer again. Good luck.

consider it serious if the pain doesn't go away. if that happens, get help immediately.
