thigh bruising and warmth

Recently my inner and outer thighs have been sore and when I massage the tender areas they bruise, turn hard, swell and become very warm. My liver enzymes were slightly elevated during blood work a few weeks ago. I'm really concerned. Any ideas what's going on?
