hey there, i'm a 21 yr old male, and a medical student. 2 years ago(around may-june of 2007)i noticed a small nodule in my right testicle, the nodule is hard and immovable from the surface of the testicle, and is painless. i went to see a urologist who examined me and reffered me for a USG, i quote the usg report " Both testes are normal is size and texture. doppler blood flow intact. two focal calcified spots seen anteromedial to right testes. sizes 0.13 and 0.5 cm, no hydrocele or varicocele present.". After that the urologist sent my blood sample for the follwing tests : Serum Alpha Fetoprotein, Serum beta HCG and LDH. the values for the tests were 1.01 IU/ml , 1.03 mIU/ml and 308 IU/L respectively. since all these values are in normal range the urologist told me that i dont have any kind of tumour present and that it must be some sort of calcification and that i dont need to worry untill it gives me any trouble.
Now after about 2 years that mass still remains there but still i have doubts in my mind that maybe it is a tumour. i'd like to share a few more details: i've noticed that when i sit in a squatting position my right spermatic cord becomes dilated, it becomes prominent like a rope u know at the same time the left one feels different from it, and secondly most of the time i feel fatigued and feel pains sometimes in my both hands and sometimes in both legs, a dull sort of pain that continues on for hours and hours. A few days ago i did the same 3 tumour marker tests again and the values are pretty much the same and normal......i'm really confused what should i do, i'm also shy of going to the urologist again and again, you guys please guide me what should i do and also suggest what my problem could be.if you need any further details i'll post them, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. Sorry to hear about your symptoms. Do you think they are related to microlithiasis?
