I take ticlid, for a blood thinner, lasix(water pill), lipitor, metoprolol,(slow my heart rate without it stays in 120's), nexium, levoxyl, asprin, fish oil, nortriptylin,(depression), klonopin(panic attacks), naproxen (migranes). What will this do to my heart?

Side effects of Nortriptyline include fast or uneven heart rate, chest pain or heavy feeling in the chest and pain spreading to the arm or shoulder. Patients who recently had a heart attack are not advised to take Nortriptyline.
