Hello mikesw111,

I was reading your former post too. How old are you and your partner, and do either one of you have any medical problems. Age and medical problems do have an impact on sexual performance. If you are young as I'm assuming the case may be, have you had testing to rule out physical causes for your ED? If you have no disease processes and are young it could be , anxiety, stress, psychological (meaning emotions, behaviour and the mind). It never hurts to have some therapy from professionals such as psychologists and psychiatrists who are more intune with sex related issues.
In everyday language from a women, you may try to slow down a bit on the sex act itself. not worry about the size of the penis. The actual norm is about 6-7inches unless you have a medical condition or problems. Its not normally the size that matters but all the things leading up to penatration, mainly your relationship with your partner, feelings, trust ,intimacy and foreplay. There are numerous ways to please your partner well before the actual act of sex. If your partner is a virgin all the more reason to take it slow and all the more reason for foreplay. Fear of hurting your partner too can have an effect on you. Relax! Foreplay and sex should be enjoyed by both male and female. As you become more intimate with your partner you learn what pleases her, she learns what pleases you and in a healthy loving relationship sex will be enjoyed by both.
Talk with your Dr. to be sure of no medical reasons, then maybe some professional therapy can help, it sure won't hurt.

Also a link from Dr. Joshua's archive which is very informative regarding ED,:
